Minneapolis Park Hockey

The Southwest Hockey Association does not provide for waivers outside of our association except in the following circumstances:

1) A player attends school outside of the Southwest geographic area.
2) A cooperative program with another association.

At the upper levels - Squirt/U6, Peewee/U8, Bantam/U14 - SWHA will offer a one-time waiver for players that want to play in an association where they geographically attend school (example, a student attending Blake can receive a one time exception to play for Hopkins Hockey Association).

Players will not be waived out who want to play with their friends unless there are circumstances that warrant a waiver (e.g. A second year Bantam just moved into the Southwest geographical area, but have played their whole youth career in another association and would like to finish their hockey with that association).
